Job Description
Join our team at NOVOTEL as an Accounts Assistant! You will work under the supervision of the hotel accountant, with support from the Finance Officers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Cash Reconciliation
- Revenue Posting
- Oversight of Accounts Receivable for a cluster of hotels
- Credit Reference Checks
- Guest Refunds
- Assisting in the Month-End Process
To qualify, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Hospitality industry, a solid understanding of general ledger coding, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
