Job Description
NOVO Medi Sciences Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your responsibilities will include:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors.
- Call Handling: Answer and route incoming calls.
- Visitor Coordination: Maintain visitor logs.
- Office Coordination: Manage couriers and supplies.
- Meeting Support: Schedule conference rooms.
- Mail Management: Sort daily mail.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure a presentable reception area.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to ₹25,00.00/month | Benefits: Provident Fund | Schedule: Day shift.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
