Job Description
The Process Quality Executive ensures consistent product and process performance by monitoring KPIs, executing internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and service operations.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining SOPs, performing root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, coordinating cross-functional quality projects, and delivering training to teams to sustain compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 2+ years in quality/process roles, familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma tools, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
