Job Description

Nohitatu seeks an Accounts Receivable Executive to handle inbound/outbound emails and make outbound calls to US patients to schedule appointments. Use OfficeAlly or similar tools to verify and update patient records, maintain follow-up for account resolution, and collaborate with internal teams. Must have strong verbal and written communication, night-shift availability (US timings), quick learning of OfficeAlly, calling confidence, and responsibility. Basic healthcare AR follow-up knowledge is a plus. Immediate joiners preferred. Work schedule: 3 working days per week. Position starts with a 1-month trial; strong performers will be moved to permanent payroll.
