Job Description
We are inviting applications for the position of Company Secretary at NJ India Invest. The primary responsibilities include preparing various documents for SEBI, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing KYC procedures, and creating limits in the Front Office System. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with auditors, conducting committee meetings, and monitoring insider trading policies.
Candidates should possess a CS qualification with at least 36 months of experience. The role is based in Mumbai, and we prefer male candidates. This position falls under the AMC Compliance function.
