Job Description
NJ India Invest is seeking a dedicated Regional Operations professional to ensure all systems are available at all branches for daily activities. The primary responsibilities include evaluating CRO performance, providing induction and training, and managing external relationships with entities like RTA/AMC. You will also monitor team activities, address escalated issues, and ensure uniform functioning across branches.
Secondary responsibilities involve regular team meetings, reviewing branch infrastructure, supporting sales, assisting partners, and coordinating with the head office.
Experience: 36 months; Qualification: M.COM, MBA/PGDM; Location: Chennai; Prefer Gender: Male; Area of Expertise: Team Management; Function: Operations.
