Job Description

We seek a Customer Relationship Officer in Cochin to handle mutual fund, exchange, fixed deposit and bond transaction processing: acceptance, audit, system entry, daily uploads, application scanning and rejection marking. Responsibilities include acknowledgment collection, NJ account registration (TADA & PMS) and follow‑up, assisting the transaction team with pending TARs, courier management, petty cash and branch expense records, plus supporting NJCC with local rejection marking and query resolution. Secondary duties: manage non‑financial transactions, office administration, partner assistance and sales support. Requirements: 12 months’ experience, B.A/B.Com/B.B.A, strong computer operating skills. Open to any gender; function: Operations.
