Job Description
Nika Online PVT LTD is seeking intelligent and energetic female candidates for the position of Customer Service Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
- Enhance product knowledge and generate leads.
- Connect with prospective clients.
- Meet individual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only, qualification: plus two and above.
- Basic computer knowledge and tele-calling experience are a plus.
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹16,00.00/month + benefits.
Work hours: Mon to Sat, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
