Job Description
Nika Online PVT LTD is hiring intelligent female candidates for the position of Customer Service Associate. The role involves building relationships with customers, resolving complaints efficiently, and achieving sales goals. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Requirements: Female candidates only, qualification of Plus Two and above, experienced or freshers welcome, and basic computer knowledge is required.
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month with industry-leading benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and more.
Working Schedule: Mon to Sat, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (Fixed Morning Shift).
