Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be the crucial link between potential clients and our business team. You will manage and nurture leads through effective tracking and timely communication, converting prospects into active clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update incoming leads in real-time via our CRM.
- Coordinate and ensure timely demo sessions for clients.
- Track follow-ups with potential clients.
- Call existing leads to schedule consultations.
- Gather insights and feedback from the sales team.
