Job Description
Join NH360 Solutions as a Junior Associate, where an energetic and responsible individual will manage both Voice and Non-Voice tasks primarily focused on FASTag operations. Responsibilities include FASTag activation, customer support, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate FASTags for customers and verify KYC documents.
- Handle customer queries in person and via phone.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Good computer knowledge and communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher. Pay: ₹6,00.00 – ₹8,00.00/month. Work Location: In person.
