Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Company Secretary to assist in the incorporation of new businesses, ensuring compliance with local laws, and managing amendments to existing corporate structures. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients on corporate legal matters and provide legal advisory services.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate documentation, conducting legal research, and collaborating with our legal team on complex issues. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between ₹30,00.00 – ₹70,00.00 per month with both day and night shifts available.
Work location is in-person.
