Job Description

We are looking for a Company Secretary with a strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013. You will draft meeting agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for all Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings.

Your role includes ensuring timely secretarial audits, compliance with laws, and improving processes. Knowledge of accounts, GST, and TDS is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
