Join NEXX GROW LEARN in Kozhikode as an Entry-Level Student Counsellor (Sales). Counsel students on courses and career prospects, convert leads, meet monthly enrollment targets, follow up via calls and CRM, and ensure smooth onboarding. Preferred 1–2 years’ experience; motivated freshers with sales aptitude are welcome. Key skills: persuasive communication, empathy, active listening, time management, and teamwork. Full-time, in-person role with performance-based incentives, career growth in EdTech, and salary ₹15,00–18,00/month. Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to work under pressure are advantages.
