Job Description
We are excited to announce that NextGrade Pvt Ltd is hiring 10 Academic Counsellors for our Ernakulam location. If you are passionate about education and have the ability to guide students in making informed academic and career choices, we want to hear from you!
Salary: ₹15,00 to ₹20,00 + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries and provide course information.
- Coordinate with academic departments and achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions.
- Assist with enrolment and student onboarding.
Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
