Hiring an experienced educator to manage academic operations at specific grade level; in line with the vision and mission of the Institution. Ensuring high levels of academic results, academic data management & parent satisfaction. The ideal candidate needs to be a Academically strong with a flair for coordination and people management.

The prospective candidate should have similar experience in Primary from reputed schools and also with some administrative experience.

· Academic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Primary section’s academic programs and curriculum, ensuring national and international standards alignment.

· Effectively manage the grade level Academic delivery & administration optimally, ensuring excellence in academic results and student discipline.

· Any other assignments as directed by the management.

· Parent Communication: Establish strong and effective communication channels with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress, academic achievements, and any areas that require attention.

· Data Analysis: Utilize student performance data to identify trends, implement targeted interventions, and drive continuous improvement in academic outcomes.

· Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, cultural programs, and extracurricular activities, to enrich the overall learning experience

· Student Welfare: Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where each student’s unique needs are catered to, and their overall development is encouraged.

· Ensuring smooth and effective transport.

· The candidate should be able to coordinate with students, staff, and parents. she should be able to facilitate inter-classroom observations, and time-table and deal with admission processes in school

· To ensure that all systems & processes are in place & are being executed correctly.

· Supervise overall marketing, admin & academics of the Primary Wing

· Reporting to Principal. The link between the Principal, Primary Department Staff, and students.

Education

UG/PG Any Specialization with B.Ed /M.Ed

Salary: Rs 5500/- plus

Experience:

· 5 to 6 years of work experience in academics with minimum 3 year of work experience as a Coordinator

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm and creative

· Excellent English Language, communication skills with students, colleagues and parents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,00.00 – ₹55,00.00 per month
