We are seeking a Junior Freshservice Administrator to manage and optimize our IT service management (ITSM) platform. The ideal candidate will configure workflows, automate processes, and ensure efficient ticket management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Freshservice ITSM platform.
- Create workflows, SLA policies, and ticket routing.
- Manage user roles and permissions.
- Integrate with third-party tools like Microsoft 365 and Slack.
- Monitor system performance and provide user training.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 1-3+ years experience with Freshservice or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
