Job Description
Neural IT is seeking a dedicated Senior Client Service Representative to join our team for a US-based Medical Voice Process role. The ideal candidate must possess prior experience with night shifts and have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
You should have worked with an international company (US, UK, AUS) voice process for at least 1 year. Strong English communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Benefits include Health Insurance and Provident Fund.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night Shift. Work Location: In person.
