Nethra Foundation Eye Hospital is looking for a dedicated Receptionist and Customer Service Assistant. We seek candidates aged 30 to 45 with 5-6 years of experience in healthcare. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English, excellent organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential.
The successful candidate will assist patients during check-in/check-out, manage appointment scheduling, handle inquiries, and coordinate with doctors for seamless workflow.
