Job Description
NetCom Learning is seeking a skilled Psychometrician to oversee our licensing and certification exam programs. This part-time role involves facilitating test development, conducting statistical analyses using CTT and IRT, and designing item banks.
Responsibilities: Test development, statistical analyses, item bank design, technical writing, and software testing.
Qualifications: Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychometrics or related field, experience in exam program management, proficiency in CTT and IRT, and advanced MS Excel skills.
Flexible hours from 3 PM to 12 AM IST.
