Job Description
Neogen Care is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist with excellent English communication skills to join our team in Trivandrum. This full-time role requires working night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) in-person at our Elippode office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments for patients and staff.
- Assist physicians, patients, and vendors.
- Support patient care needs with a professional demeanor.
- Manage tasks with attention to detail and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-5 years of experience in voice processing.
- Excellent communication skills (American accent preferred).
Pay ranges from ₹15,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 monthly.
