Job Description
We seek energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants for our mall footwear outlet. You will assist customers, manage in-store sales, operate POS billing, and ensure excellent service. Ideal candidates are polite, punctual team players with basic English and Malayalam, smartphone/POS familiarity, honesty handling cash and inventory, and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays. We offer fixed salary plus performance incentives, product and POS training, staff discounts, and growth opportunities in a friendly professional environment. Shift: 9–10 hours (including breaks) with weekly rostered offs. Job type: Full-time, Fresher. Pay: ₹10,00–₹20,00 per month. Work location: On-site at our mall outlet.
