Job Description
Neethu’s Academy is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Executive to manage airline reservations and ticketing processes. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, and amendments using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, coordinating group bookings, and promoting travel-related services. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications include a graduate/diploma in Travel & Tourism, with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IATA guidelines is preferred.
Work Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00 per month | Start Date: 15/09/2025
