Job Description
We seek a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in Kolkata. You will manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, internal coordination, reports, presentations and confidential documents; track follow-ups, prepare minutes and assist with project/SOP implementation, HR and admin tasks. Candidate must be a graduate (Business Administration preferred) with 1–3 years’ similar experience, strong MS Office skills, excellent English and Hindi (Bengali preferred), and ability to multitask under pressure. Full-time, permanent, in-person role. Salary ₹18,00–₹35,00/month. Office: 125/2, Taki Rd, Kalikapur, Barasat, Kolkata.
