We are seeking a Payroll & Statutory Compliance Officer to manage accurate payroll processing, ensure statutory filings, and maintain compliance with labor and tax regulations. Responsibilities include processing payroll cycles, calculating wages and deductions, preparing payslips, remitting taxes and social contributions, reconciling payroll accounts, and coordinating audits. The ideal candidate has 2+ years payroll experience, knowledge of local statutory requirements, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in payroll software and Excel. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential. This role reports to HR/Finance and supports timely, compliant payroll operations that protect employees and the company.
