Job Description
Near And Learn Pvt Ltd seeks a Career Counselor at our Bangalore office. Full-time role (also open to part-time, permanent, freelance) for candidates with 1–3 years’ experience, preferably in EdTech. You will counsel learners via calls, email and in-person, assess goals, recommend courses, guide enrollments, and coordinate with sales and marketing to meet targets. Required: bachelor’s degree, strong communication, empathy, MS Office and CRM proficiency; multilingual skills a plus. Benefits: competitive salary (₹15,00–₹20,00/month), performance incentives, career growth, wellness programs, and team activities. Schedule: day/morning shift, Monday–Friday with possible weekend availability. In-person attendance required at NearLearn Bangalore.
Requirements
