Job Description
We seek a full-time Administrator to manage daily operations, finances, HR, regulatory compliance and quality for our psychiatric and de-addiction services. Responsibilities include overseeing admissions/discharges, budgeting and reporting, staff recruitment and training, policy implementation, and liaison with medical teams, boards and government bodies. Candidate must understand mental health regulations (e.g., MHA), handle sensitive legal/ethical issues, and coordinate legal representation for detained patients. Required skills: leadership, communication, problem-solving and healthcare business acumen. Pay ₹480,00–₹600,00/year; benefits include flexible schedule, commuter and internet reimbursement, food, cell phone allowance and paid leave. Bachelor’s preferred; 5 years as assistant manager preferred; on-site position.
