Job Description

The MD Office Executive will support the Managing Director with administration, inter-department coordination, document management and timely reporting. Key duties: collect reports and data from departments, prepare MIS summaries and meeting minutes, draft internal communications, follow up on pending tasks and projects, organize review meetings and official visits, and handle confidential information with discretion. Requirements: MBA (any stream), strong communication and MS Office skills, excellent follow-up, multitasking and organizational abilities. Prior office coordination or executive support experience preferred. Job type: Full-time, Fresher. Salary: ₹15,100–₹20,00/month. Work location: In person.
