NALS Outdoors is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Outdoor Trainer / Facilitator to design and deliver outbound training activities and team-building programs for students, faculty, and corporate participants. Located in Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, this role involves client relationship management, ensuring safety and supervision, and performing general administrative tasks.
Preferred qualifications include outbound training experience, adventure or mountaineering courses, and proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi. Candidates must possess a vibrant personality, be physically fit, and be role models for youth. Please note that candidates who smoke or consume alcohol should not apply.
