Job Description
MYSANJI TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Spare Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding the correct parts based on customer requirements, following up on enquiries, and assisting our field sales staff abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and procure parts tailored to customer needs.
- Manage enquiries and provide support to sales personnel.
- Update and maintain enquiries in our CRM system.
- Utilize Excel and online spare parts catalogs proficiently.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the team.
