Job Description
As a Training Coordinator at myG Digital Hub, you will play a crucial role in our training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training events and maintain records in the LMS.
- Effectively communicate training details to employees and managers.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.
- Manage logistics for training sessions and assist candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Experience as a Learning Coordinator is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and training software.
Location: Calicut
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
