Job Description
Join My Cleaners as an Operation Executive responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating teams, vendors and franchise partners, handling escalations, enforcing quality standards and safety, assisting workforce planning and staff scheduling, and tracking operational data for continuous improvement. You will support implementation of policies, SOPs and automation tools and ensure compliance with company guidelines. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, strong organization and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, ability to multitask under pressure, and proficiency with MS Office, Excel and basic ERP/operational software. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹20,00–₹26,00/month. Work Location: In person.
