Job Description
MSX INTERNATIONAL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and administer the LMS platform, oversee training assignments for Dealer Sales Executives (DSEs), and maintain training reports segmented by levels: Beginner, Premium, Super-Premium. Responsibilities include conducting post-training evaluations, developing dashboards, and analyzing LMS data for insights.
Additionally, you will aid in enhancing customer satisfaction through NPS initiatives and processing invoices in SAP & IMS. Proficiency in Advanced Excel (using Pivot Tables, COUNTIF, SUMIF) and PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations is essential.
