We are seeking a Certified Medical Coder to ensure accurate medical coding for diagnoses, procedures, and healthcare services. The ideal candidate should be proficient in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assigning codes from medical records accurately.
- Ensuring compliance with coding regulations and payer guidelines.
- Collaborating with medical teams to resolve discrepancies.
Requirements: CPC, CCS or equivalent certification; knowledge of medical terminology; strong attention to detail.
