Job Description
MS Tradelinks is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and systems directly at customer locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations and upgrades, and providing technical support and training to customers. You will also document service activities, order replacement parts, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
