Job Description
MS Agarwal Foundries Private Limited (MS Life) is seeking a Sales Trainer to enhance our sales team’s capabilities through effective training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive training calendar, conducting training needs assessments (TNA), and facilitating product and skill-based training sessions.
Key responsibilities include tracking training effectiveness, collaborating with sales leaders, and leveraging strong communication skills to drive performance improvement. We prefer candidates with an MBA in HR/Sales and 5-8 years of experience in sales training, especially in BFSI, Cement, or Manufacturing sectors.
