Job Description
Role: Customer Care Executive (Inbound/Outbound Voice Process & Blended)
Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Experience Required: 0–6 years
Education: Minimum 12th Pass and Graduate
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and/or English is preferred
Shifts: Day Shift (9 hours between 8 AM and 9 PM), with 6 days off in a month on a rotational basis.
Salary: Starting from ₹14,00.00 per month
Benefits include a Provident Fund and a performance bonus.
Location: In-person work environment at Mpokket Financial Services Pvt Ltd.
