Job Description
Join Moder Solutions as a Field Associate in our HOI and Flood department. We are seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the US Mortgage Voice Process. Your responsibilities will include reviewing borrower documentation, verifying accuracy, and ensuring completeness according to lending guidelines. You’ll communicate with borrowers and loan officers, respond to inquiries, and handle escalations effectively.
The ideal candidate should have a basic degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and should not be on a performance improvement plan within the last 6 months.
