Job Description
MobileProgramming is seeking experienced Production Support Assistants for our Pune office. This role focuses on non-technical support. Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of LMS (Loan Management System) and LOS (Loan Origination System), and strong issue tracking skills.
The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and be adept at documenting and tracking issues. The work schedule consists of 5 days a week with rotational shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
