Job Description
Location: Chennai. Full-time, in person. We seek a TrendMicro Deepsecurity specialist with 2+ years experience and strong hands-on practice (minimum 3 years) across Antivirus/EPP, EDR, Anti-APT and HIPS (Trend Micro/Trellix). Responsibilities include installing, configuring and maintaining EPP/EDR/HIPS/Anti-APT systems; responding to tickets per SLA; recording, tracking and documenting incident resolution steps; analyzing and remediating risks and scan logs; coordinating with OEMs for incidents; and assisting in basic IT training for new hires. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and Trend Micro/Trellix expertise required.
