Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated MMA Coach to train fighters and fitness clients. Responsibilities include designing technical striking and grappling sessions, individual skill development, conditioning programs, fight strategy, sparring supervision, and ensuring safety and injury prevention. Candidates should have coaching experience in mixed martial arts, strong knowledge of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and boxing, CPR/first aid certification, excellent communication and motivational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Passion for athlete development and a professional demeanor are required.
