Job Description
MLJ Industries is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to manage various financial tasks. The ideal candidate will handle bank entries and reconciliations, manage import purchases and associated expenses, and process foreign payments. Responsibilities include maintaining outstanding receivables/payables, assisting with billing activities, and ensuring accurate stock records.
The position requires conducting GST reconciliations, preparing and tracking TDS details, and generating necessary MIS reports. Additionally, the Accounts Executive will coordinate with the CRM/Sales team and support audit activities as needed.
