Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle incoming queries.
- Explain products/services and generate sales or appointments.
- Maintain conversation records and update CRM.
- Follow up for feedback and lead conversion.
- Achieve call targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years in telecalling or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
