Job Description
MJ Sales and Services is seeking a dynamic Customer Care cum Sales Executive to assist in managing customer queries while promoting our products. This role combines essential customer support and proactive telecalling aimed at generating sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Promote products/services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound queries and engage in cross-selling/upselling.
- Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.
Requirements:
- 10th/12th pass/Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
