Job Description
Manage customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and marketplaces; share saree photos, videos, pricing and fabric details; convert leads, record orders, coordinate packing/dispatch, update daily sales reports (Excel/Sheets), create basic content or liaise with a designer, and collect feedback. Requirements: polite communicator, strong closing skills, basic WhatsApp Business and Excel; saree fabric knowledge (training provided). Qualification: 10th/12th/any degree; freshers welcome. Full-time; Pay ₹12,00–₹15,00/month; Hosur, Tamil Nadu (in person).
