Job Description
MIPALLOY seeks a full-time, permanent in-person Safety and Security Officer (age 35–50). Graduate with 10+ years’ safety/security experience. Responsibilities: manage security operations (patrols, CCTV, access control), incident response, investigations, asset protection; oversee safety/compliance (risk assessments, policies, audits, drills, PPE, accident probes); prepare reports/logs; train staff; liaise with management/authorities. Essential skills: observation, sound judgment, strong communication, crisis management, knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA). Salary ₹25,00–₹35,00/month; benefits: phone reimbursement, commuter aid, meals, health insurance, leave encashment, PTO, provident fund.
