Job Description
We are looking for a Female Store & Customer Support Executive, aged 24–40, to join our team at Minakis, located in the Narithookil Building, opposite Federal Bank, Paika, Kottayam. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with a monthly salary of ₹10,00.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp
- Provide product information and take orders
- Prepare invoices and maintain order records
- Assist with order packing and dispatch
- Organize fabrics and stock in-store
- Deliver friendly customer service
Requirements:
- Age: 24 to 40 years
- Proficient in English
- Basic smartphone and billing app knowledge
- Must be honest and responsible
No experience needed, training provided. Sales experience in clothing stores is a plus.
