Job Description
We are hiring a Course Coordinator (full-time, permanent) to manage patient and member communications, WhatsApp groups/broadcasts, appointment scheduling, records, billing, and basic sales support. Requirements: minimum 1 year relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and multitasking skills, digital efficiency, and familiarity with WhatsApp Business or automation tools. Responsibilities include moderating community discussions, sharing accurate medical updates, converting inquiries to bookings, coordinating doctor calendars, maintaining patient charts, and supporting daily administration. Immediate joiners preferred. Open to all genders. Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Work location: in person. Benefits: commuter assistance and paid time off.
