Job Description
Milestone Career Planner is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will make outbound calls to promote our products/services and manage customer inquiries. Excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude are essential for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries and maintain records in CRM.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Aim to achieve sales and lead-generation targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
Experience: 1 year telecalling preferred
