Job Description
Milestone Career Planner is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. This position requires a proactive individual who can respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining a deep understanding of our products, documenting interactions in our CRM system, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position located in Kochi, Kerala, with a salary range of ₹9,593.60 – ₹14,00.00 per month. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and who can reliably commute or relocate before starting work. Day shift availability is required.
